Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms and conditions: *Small, medium and large SUV’s and vans incur an extra $50 fee, as larger vehicles require more time. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, payment is due on the same day of service. If payment is not made on the due date, Buffa may charge interest on the overdue amount calculated on a daily basis from the due date until actual payment.

Cancellation Policy: We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, we will be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do understand that unavoidable issues arise and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ may be charged a cancellation fee.

Vehicle Detailing Services: Unless otherwise arranged and agreed prior, Buffa will not clean closed interior pockets (such as the glove box and centre console armrest pockets, if fitted). This is due to client privacy.
